How to Become a Customer

Wholesale: Please contact us to receive our Customer Application and Resale Certification forms. These forms must be completely filled out and faxed/mailed back to us along with a copy of your business license. We cannot send a price list or even a sample sock to you until we have this documentation on file at our offices.

Customers requesting credit terms must submit a completed credit application, available upon request. Please allow 3 weeks for your credit application to be processed and an account opened for you. New wholesale customers can charge their first order on Visa or MasterCard or use PayPal if the order is needed urgently.

Opening orders for wholesalers is $250 (approximately 5 dozen pair of striped socks), and reorders are $100. You may mix styles and colors. The following discounts apply to all wholesale orders:

Orders from $500 to $999 receive a 4% discount off the entire merchandise total
Orders over $1000 receive a 6% discount off the entire merchandise total
Minimum amount for Quantity Discount applies merchandise only,
additional charges or shipping fees are excluded.

How To Order

You may place your order using one of our convenient methods:

  1. EMAIL OR FAXED ORDERS PREFERRED - send to 734-453-8184 using an AJ's order form. An excel spreadsheet version of this form is also available upon request. (download order form here)

To expedite your order, please use our order form. If you cannot, please be sure to order all merchandise by stock number as well as description to avoid confusion on items that are similar.

Once your order is received, it will be given our prompt attention. Unless there are backorders or custom items in your order, most orders are processed and shipped within five business days. If any items are backordered, you will be notified and given the option to ship separately (additional shipping will apply) or we can hold the order and ship it when complete.

Orders to the continental US are shipped via UPS Ground. Orders to AK, HI and international destinations are shipped via the US Post Office.

Return Policy

AJ's Socks stands behind our product. We will accept returns on manufacturing defects; however, we are not a guaranteed sale wholesaler. Please contact us for a return authorization number prior to sending your return.

Policy Guidelines:

Merchandise damaged in transit is the responsibility of the carrier (i.e. UPS, USPS, etc.). If you receive damaged merchandise, you will need to file a claim with the carrier. Do a careful count of the merchandise, contact the carrier immediately and KEEP ALL PACKAGING.

We feel that we offer the finest socks in the industry, competitive pricing and prompt delivery. If you do have a problem with anything, please contact us so that we may rectify the situation, because we do value your business!
